The third edition of the Billionaires for Peace Conclave (BFP), an initiative by the I Am Peacekeeper Movement (IAPM), concluded successfully on May 21, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai, bringing together global leaders, Nobel Laureates, policymakers, philanthropists, spiritual voices, and cultural personalities under one roof to promote conversations around peace, justice, and humanity.

The conclave was inaugurated by Ram Nath Kovind and Jishnu Dev Varma, while Suresh Bhaiyaji Joshi attended as Guest of Honour. A special recorded address was also delivered virtually by Nobel Peace Laureate and President of Timor-Leste José Manuel Ramos-Horta.

The gathering featured distinguished Nobel Laureates including Mohan Munasinghe, Kailash Satyarthi, Houcine Abassi and Grigori Perelman, alongside thought leaders from diverse sectors discussing pathways toward sustainable progress and global harmony.

Addressing the audience, Ram Nath Kovind emphasized that peace extends beyond the absence of conflict and must include justice, trust, dignity, and equal opportunities. Governor Jishnu Dev Varma highlighted that the true strength of a civilization lies in its ability to nurture coexistence and preserve human dignity.

Speaking about the conclave’s vision, Dr. Huzaifa Khorakiwala, Founder of the I Am Peacekeeper Movement, stated that the platform was created to unite influential voices across sectors to inspire collective action and strengthen the global conversation around peace.

One of the major highlights of the conclave was a series of thought-provoking discussions focused on themes such as Inner Peace is the Foundation of World Peace, Justice is a Companion of Peace, and The Role of Billionaires in Spreading World Peace and Justice.

The event also marked a significant collaboration as actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood joined hands with the movement through an MoU with the Sood Charity Foundation, extending support to humanitarian and social impact initiatives.

Speaking at the conclave, Sonu Sood described it as a platform where achievers and changemakers come together with a common purpose of serving society.

Additionally, the conclave recognized exceptional contributions through the I Am Peacekeeper Movement Champion Awards. Among the notable honorees were Acharya Balkrishna, Acharya Lokesh Muni, Aditi Tatkare, and Aishwarya Majmudar.

With peace-led initiatives now reaching more than 2.1 million people worldwide, the conclave further reinforced India’s emerging role as a significant global hub for conversations centered on leadership, humanity, and collective responsibility.
